Expansion Plans

The Management plans to take up tier 2 and tier 3 towns in phase manner. After all data study and survey is made available and the viability plan is approved, the land acquisition planning and efforts will be put on track. The company plans to develop group housing projects for the weaker section of society and will offer "pay-less-get-more" theory thus ensuring good0will in terms of investment. This will help the company to progress on faster rate of growth.

Ajnara plans to expand its operation all across India. It shall be very soon diversifying from group housing segment to IT/ commercial/ media/ services/ hospitality/ education and entertainment areas of operations.
